Responsibilities:
Jailan manages the on-line Event Management Certificate Program. She is the main liaison with students, and is responsible for on-line course logistics, and revision of course curriculum.

Responsibilities:
Philippe is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in marketing and hospitality with the GWSB. Within IITS, his main responsibility is to develop and manage our emerging hospitality professional education program. Philippe's research focuses on the sources of service innovations and
their diffusion.
Philippe also serves as an adjunct faculty member for both the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management and the Department of Marketing within the GW School of Business. His courses include hospitality and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities:
Milena is involved in two programs at IITS. She is a coordinator for the Tourism Destination Management Certificate Program (TDMP) and takes part in some of the research projects conducted by the Institute.
As a TDMP coordinator she provides assistance and support to distance learning students, helps expand and enrich the content of the certificate courses, and coordinates customized training programs in the US and around the world. As a researcher Milena is involved in projects studying destination branding, the visitor experience and a visitor experience value chain approach to destination management.
Since 2005 Milena is also teaching at the Master of Tourism Administration program.
